This point of sale and retail management software was designed to give retailers an edge by delivering exceptional tools that help brands even the playing field and sell more, profitably.

The brand strategy centered around accentuating the team’s deep experience in omni-channel retail; addressing the fear and pessimism around retail head on with messaging that framed the conversation in a positive and solution oriented way; and explicitly connecting the back-end technology of the software platform with front-end customer experience. Ideas around ‘gaining an edge’, ‘leveling the playing field’, and ‘growing profitably’ became the underpinning for messaging that focused on how retailers could compete successfully with the right tools and mindset. Scope included; brand strategy and design refresh, web design, content development, testimonial videos, sales tools, and automated email campaigns.
